RoamStrong’s workout uses 7 compound bodyweight exercises to build muscle, burn fat, and become functionally stronger. None of these exercises need a gym, so they build great fitness habits (aka, no excuse not to do them). Your best results will come from these 7 exercises.
Each has a “progression” that is based on your current fitness level. Try each “step” of an exercise out and judge where it fits into the RoamStrong rep scheme.
